GOAT WALL Return & Refund Policy

It is our priority to ensure every customer is thrilled with their GOAT WALL. We strongly prefer to resolve any issues directly through our support team so you can enjoy a successful installation and long-term use of your wall.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on a case-by-case basis only.

All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued by our team. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Important conditions:

  • You must first work directly with GOAT WALL Support to troubleshoot and resolve any issues (photos, videos, and details will likely be requested).

  • The product must be in original, unused, and uninstalled condition. Panels must remain in original packaging.

  • Once any panel has been unpacked, assembled, installed, or mounted to the wall, it is considered used and is non-returnable.

What is Not Eligible for Return

  • Any product that has been installed, partially installed, or mounted.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage caused by customer handling/installation, or modifications.

  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery.

  • Shipping damage (these are handled through the carrier — contact us immediately if this occurs).

Manufacturing defects are excluded from the standard return policy and will be handled under our Limited Warranty (replacement parts or repair options will be prioritized).

Fees & Shipping

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product (usually within 7–10 business days of inspection).

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team before shipping anything back.

  2. Email support@thegoatwall.com with your order number, contact information, and a clear description of the issue.

  3. Our team will guide you through troubleshooting and, if eligible, issue an RMA number and return instructions.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the criteria above. Unauthorized returns may incur additional handling or storage fees.
